Pvp players in MMOrpgs do like PvE content that just want it to feel worthwhile and not a neverending grind with 1% drop chance.
If you specifically want pvp you wouldn't pick an MMOrpg ever there are mobas and other great multiplayer battle games out there that without needing to do stuff you don't want. If you think a pvp player in a MMORPG doesn't want to do any PvE you don't understand the pvp players within the genre.
